Raffle Ticket Orders - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Order Admission Tickets? Our Admission Tickets are priced identically as Raffle Tickets, and they have sequential numbers on both ends. To order, select "tickets with no stub" in the "Select Style" drop down box. There will not be stubs on your admission tickets, although you will see a stub on the proof.

When Will I Get My Order?  You can expect us to ship the same day on orders received before 10am on business days, when there are no special services required. You have 3 options for shipping: Ground, Overnight or 2nd Day shipping.

Do You Use Tracking Numbers? Yes! You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number on the day your tickets ship.

What Card Stock and Size Do You Use? You can expect our standard raffle tickets to be 2 1/8" by 5 1/2" with the stub 1 1/2" from the left.  The tickets print in black ink on yellow 90 lb. index card stock. White, Blue or Green card stock can be ordered at no extra charge. (If you do not want yellow, specify your color choice in the "Special Instructions" section. If those options aren't enough, we have even more custom colors for cards, ink and sizing. Just ask us! For pricing information contact us.

Can I Alter Your Standard Layout? Yup! The standard layout of the ticket can be altered for 1 million dollars... Just kidding. You can alter the standard layout at no additional cost. Let us know what you would like in the "Special Instructions" section. Before we print, we'll send you a proof for you to approve.

What Number Do The Tickets Start On? Our standard tickets begin with the number 001. If you are running a pick 3 lottery, we can begin the tickets at 000 and run them to 999. You can also start your tickets at any thousand increment, ie. 4001 or 5001. Let us know of any changes you'd like. If starting your numbers at 001 is no good for you, then just let us know where you'd like the number to begin in the "Special Instructions" section.

Can You Add Logos or Other Artwork?  Absolutely! If you would like to add a logo or artwork to the back of the ticket, it only adds $10 to the order. However, printing on the back of the tickets adds $15 for each 1000 Raffle Tickets. See the order form for more details.

Do You Make Reorders? We accommodate our customers for reorders. If you need more tickets and would like to use your prior layout, it's simple. Just enter the first line of the ticket as it was printed in line 1 and type "reorder" on line 2. That's it! You don't have to fill out anything else. If you need to start at a new number, be sure to specify the starting number for the reorder in the "Special Instructions" section.

Can You Provide Padding or Stapling? If you need stapling, we have that covered too! Stapling in increments of 5,10,15, 20 or 25 is $.07 per book.  It's $.10 per book in any other amount of tickets. Another alternative (which can help save you money) is to pad (glue) your tickets on the stub edge. The cost is $1.25 per pad of 250. (You can then tear the pad into different sizes as needed.)

Do You Deliver to Post Office Boxes? Nope, sorry. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. However, your raffle tickets can be shipped via U.S. Priority mail. The charge for priority mail is $15.00 for the first 1000 raffle tickets and $6.00 for each additional 1000. Just give us a call if you need to arrange a Post Office Box delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally? Yes, we ship internationally! Please contact us for a shipping quote. In your request, please submit your full address and number of tickets you will order.

Can I Order By Fax or Mail? If you like, you can also fax in your order. Just print out the Raffle Ticket order form. Our fax number is (513) 733-0770. Please provide your credit card information, including the Credit Card holder's name and billing address as well as the 3 digit security number on the back of the card.
