All I Want For Christmas Is A Raffle
I love coming up with raffle ideas for my clients to use. Like I said last time, I love involving them in the process as well. They can often give a different angle on an idea than I can. I’ve had some time to think through some ideas lately, and I think that I’ve come up with some good ones. I’m not going to share them all right now, but I do want to share one that I really liked that works well for Christmas.
Its called an All I Want For Christmas Raffle. Basically you sell raffle tickets to people for a pre-paid American Express gift card. That way, if they win it, they can spend it on whatever it is that they really want for Christmas. Another way to do it would be to search Amazon for the most looked at or shopped for gifts and raffle those off knowing that most people would actually want those for Christmas.
I like this idea because it gives the buyer and seller a lot of freedom. The seller can really cater to their buyer. Honestly, who wouldn’t like receiving a gift card that they could spend on whatever it is that they truly want? I think that that is a pretty easy sell. I got the idea when I was at Kroger the other day and I saw their spectacular array of gift cards. It occurred to me that gift cards are one of the best things that you can raffle off other than cash lol. I see a lot of potential with this cash gift card idea.
